Shipping policy
We offer several worldwide shipping options to meet your needs! These are calculated at checkout. Please note duties and tax charges might be incurred at checkout depending on shipping location.
We offer free ground shipping for U.S. based customers.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. Please note that the guide above includes estimates and delivery may be subject to minor delays by the courier from time to time.
TRACKING
You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email send us a message at info@claudthelabel.com. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID. Place the ID into the UPS website to be kept up to date with all your parcels movements.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by emailing info@claudthelabel.com.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
SPLIT DELIVERIES
We do not offer split delivery of your order. However, at times we may be required to send orders in split shipments depending on stock restrictions.
RESPONSIBILITY
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. CLAUD also cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
RENTAL COMPANIES
CLAUD is only available directly through this website, we are in no way affiliated with any rental or third party websites that claim to sell or rent our products nor can we verify the authenticity of their products. By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell or hire any of our garments. Any orders made by hire businesses will be canceled.
